Hier finden Sie die drei Wettkampf-Bewegungsabläufe (je nach Wettbewerb/Organisation können diese zum Einsatz kommen).

JERK
the first exercise of the classic biathlon in kettlebell lifting. A sportsman lifts two kettlebells simultaneously. In the start position a sportsman holds kettlebells on the chest, elbows are resting on the stomach. The lift is divided in three stages: pushing with legs and hips, squat and fixation of kettlebells in straight hands above the head.

SNATCH

the second exercise of the classic biathlon in kettlebell lifting. The essence of the event is to lift a kettlebell from the start position (a sportsman holds a kettlebell in the straight hand between legs) to fixed arm overhead in a smooth continuous movement.

LONG CYCLE

(also called long jerk) - the separate discipline in kettlebell lifting. Long jerk is similar to the short (classical) jerk. The start position is the same with two kettlebells on the chest. The second phase is the short jerk (kettlebells are fixed above the head). In the third phase a sportsmen lets down the kettlebells, swings them between the legs and lifts back to the chest.

Long cycle consist of two phases: clean and jerk..
